- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (optional)
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- Liquid vanilla stevia, cinnamon, and ginger
- Capella French Toast Drops (optional)

Mmm..that sounds divine! I never think about mixing in cottage cheese for overnight oats…love it!

I make something similar: I used oat bran instead of oatmeal and use chopped apple instead of blueberries. In the morning I also add a chopped banana. Nothing like cottage cheese, yogurt, and fruit! If I’m feeling super “treaty” I stir in some peanut butter – but this is saved for special occasions.
cheers,

I’ll have to try that. You’re getting protein and carbs all at once, which I love…keeps me from cooking 2 separate things!
