Overnight Cottage Cheese Muesli

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup cottage cheese (if I do it for breakfast it’s 1 cup, snacks it’s 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup 0% Fage yogurt (breakfast = 1/2 cup, snacks = 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (optional)
  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • Liquid vanilla stevia, cinnamon, and ginger
  • Capella French Toast Drops (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or tupperware. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight and eat the next day!

    I make something similar: I used oat bran instead of oatmeal and use chopped apple instead of blueberries. In the morning I also add a chopped banana. Nothing like cottage cheese, yogurt, and fruit! If I’m feeling super “treaty” I stir in some peanut butter – but this is saved for special occasions.
