German Chocolate Pie Protein Oatmeal
Directions:
- Cook 1/2 cup oats with 1/2- 1 cup water in the microwave for 1 minute- 2 minutes. (Depending how much water you use.)
- Take out and stir in 1/2 cup cottage cheese, microwave another 30 seconds.
- Stir in 1 serving Biochem 100% Whey Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder, microwave another 30 seconds.
- Stir in vanilla extract, stevia, and cinnamon.
The mixture will be super thick and creamy.. just like German Chocolate Pie Filling!
Variations:
Use any flavor of protein!
Sub oatbran for the oats!

Nope I don’t blend it! When you microwave it it starts to melt and gets super creamy with the oats!

Been enjoying this for bfast this week and I made a version this morning with vanilla pp and 1/2 a banana – delicious!
