German Chocolate Pie Protein Oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Cook 1/2 cup oats with 1/2- 1 cup water in the microwave for 1 minute- 2 minutes. (Depending how much water you use.)
  2. Take out and stir in 1/2 cup cottage cheese, microwave another 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in 1 serving Biochem 100% Whey Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder, microwave another 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, stevia, and cinnamon.

The mixture will be super thick and creamy.. just like German Chocolate Pie Filling!

Variations:

Use any flavor of protein!

Sub oatbran for the oats!

    Nope I don’t blend it! When you microwave it it starts to melt and gets super creamy with the oats!
