okay, I so want to try these BUT I am intolerant to wheat and soy. Any other flours you might suggest? I use almond meal and coconut flour at times but am looking for higher protein. Thoughts?

I want to make these! What is Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Zero? I assume a stevia of some sort? Hmmm…any ideas on what I can use instead if I can’t find it?

It’s erythritol- a natural artificial sweetener. You could use the same amount of splenda!
