Protein Cookie Dough
I eat this little concoction so often that I figured it should have it’s own recipe page!
Ingredients:
- 30 grams of protein powder (my favorite is chocolate!)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1-3 tsp peanut butter (crunchy is best!)
- Cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. You can stir in the peanut butter or eat it on top!
I’ve also made this without peanut butter and it’s still yummy.. but peanut butter makes it extra delicious!
Dark Chocolate Brownie Batter
Ingredients:
- 30 grams (1 serving) of Biochem 100% Whey Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
- 1 tsp 100% cocoa powder
- 1 heaping tbsp water
Directions:
Mix!

this recipe never ceases to make me drool. What kind of powder do you recommend, my little protein guru?

Have you ever tried cooking it in the microwave or regular oven? I’ll bet it would be good if you added a little more water and some baking powder.

Hi april, I tried to follow your recipe but it doesn’t seemed to work for me. 1 tbsp of water is insufficient and the texture is still quite powdery. I had to add a few more tbsps of water to get the right consistency.

1 tbsp won’t seem like enough but you just gotta keep mashing and mushing it around and it’ll come through!

So as i’m writing this comment I’m snacking on your brownie protein batter, I have just a little under a scoop, so I used a tbsp of Choco PB2 and IT WAS DELISH. Thank you for the inspiration! Now i’m out of protein powder and need to get more!

Hi, April! I’m just right now trying your Protein Powder batter rith added maca and cocoa powder, but I had a question because 1 Tbsp of water didn’t work so I ended up putting like 1/4 cup of water and it became too watery –
Do you have any suggestions for controlling the consistency?
P.S. This is fabulous! Love it!

HI Stephanie!
You seriously only need around 1 tbsp.. it looks like it won’t be enough but if you keep mashing and mixing it’ll turn out! Although since you did add some maca powder it might be thicker- so I’d suggest 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp maybe? Keep mashing it and let me know!
