I honestly can’t think of the last time I did a workout dvd.. but I DO remember there was a like 6 month period in high school when I went on this at-home workout kick, and I did all the exercise-TV workouts on Exercise On Demand! I also have a Shape “Bikini Boot Camp” dvd sitting on my shelf hahaha!

I haven’t done a workout dvd in so long! I usually either hit the gym or nothing, but it’d be great to have an at home workout to fall back on now that it’s “snow season”!
