Half-Way Oats

Here’s the simple steps to my halfway oats:

  1. Cook 1/2 cup oats in 1 cup water, once it’s cooked transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, stir in 1/2 cup yogurt and any other toppings you like! My favorite is 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup pumpkin.

Option 2: Cook the oats ahead of time. Reheat in microwave for 1 minute, stir in toppings.

It makes a much thicker version than overnight oats.. and is the perfect temperature!
