Baking & Food Staples

Hi everyone!

Since I’m not blogging this weekend (I’m with Bryon!) I thought I’d dedicate a post to showing you my baking staples as well as daily food staples. A picture is worth a thousand words right? I’ll show you pictures and explain why I use them!

A lot of hot sauces out there have creepy ingredients! This one is from Sunflower Market and is low in sodium and has all natural ingredients.

100% Cocoa Powder:

  1. LOVED this post April! There are times when I’ll hear you use an ingredient, but am not quite sure what it is (soy protein power or Braggs). Now I know what you’re referring to! ;) I’m going to have to find myself some Braggs ASAP!

  2. Quick question for when I find Braggs… how much do you usually add per cup (or any other measurement you use) of veggies? Do you only use it when steaming? or do you use it to sautee as well?

  8. Susan says:

Braggs is the ONLY aminos (or soy-sauce type condiment) that I’ll eat. I hate everything else out there but loveloveloooove Braggs :) Do you keep your wheatbran in the fridge? I had a bag that went moldy on me in the cupboard…

  9. It’s good to hear positive feedback on Kirkland brand peanut butter. I just renewed my membership on Thursday.

BTW, I don’t know what I would do without egg whites and pumpkin puree!

  10. “it’s my secret to eating like 5 cups of broccoli at a time”…..bah ha ha ha! So funny. I feel the same way about balsamic vinegar! LOVE the Hershey’s dark cocoa–is there any reason to even use regular cocoa any more? I think not! Hope your vacay is fun. Miss ya! xoxo
