Hi!
For the record last night I snacked on some bread with pb before bed.. I was hungry!
This morning I slept in until 7:30 and then had a small, simple, pre-workout breakfast. I went with a simple bowl of oats- 1/2 cup Multigrain oats cooked with 1 cup water + 1/2 banana:

I’ve gotten to the point where I NEED protein in every meal to feel full. This bowl did nothing for my hunger..but it wasn’t a big deal since I went to workout soon after! Today I went to the Tabata Fat Burn 45 class and then I did a tiny bit of ab work- 3 sets of 10 hanging leg raises, 3 sets of ten hanging leg crunches, and 3 sets of 10 captain’s chair raises. I had lots of energy in the class..it was great!
When I came home I was hungry! I went with one of my favorites.. protein cookie dough! I mixed 1 scoop vanilla protein powder with 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp Sunland Natural Crunchy PB, and cinnamon:

I didn’t mix in the peanut butter all of the way and got nice sticky peanut butter flavor in every bite
After snacking and showering I headed to pick up a gift for my mom’s birthday (which is Saturday!) and I went to Smith’s to pick up some groceries for my family. When I came home I was ready for lunch! I made a nice feast:
- 4 oz fresh deli turkey (all natural, no preservatives, no sodium)
- Steamed broccoli
- Steamed squash
- 1/4 cup Kashi Pilaf
- Grape tomatoes
- 1/2 grated Light Cheese stick
- Banana peppers
- MASSIVE amount of cayenne (I accidentally dumped it in!)

It was very delicious!!
After lunch I did some things around the house as well as make my mom a birthday cake. (Recipe to come!). Around 2:30 I headed to babysit. I snacked on a Wild Bar while I was there:

Wild Bar sent me a couple bars to try a while back but I’ve been slacking! The bar was very delicious and super chocolatey. The chocolate almost melted in my mouth! And it held me over 3 hours which is pretty good for a snack. The only problem is they are too darn expensive for me to buy!
When I came home I had a simple dinner of 1 cup leftover soup (seen here) with 2 oz ground turkey breast, 1/4 cup TVP (re-hydrated in 1/4 cup water), and more cayenne pepper:

Definitely not pretty, but dessert definitely was:
The usual- 1 small baked sweet potato covered in cinnamon, ginger, and 2 tsp Costco Organic PB!
After dinner my family and I watched The Shortcut.. it was pretty creepy!
Well I’m off to do more lounging around! Tomorrow is my mom’s birthday so that will be fun!

I have come a tad obsessed with the Protein Cookie Dough lol
