That’s a good tutorial! I was wondering if you could give me advice on how to thicken my oatmeal since I’m vegan. I’ve already tried bananas and I was thinking about using silken tofu or maybe xanthan gum? I’m not sure how I would do it or the quantity I would need.

Hi Brittany!
I’ve used silken tofu in the past! Just cook up your oats like normal, add in the tofu, and blend!
