Yay! I love bbirthdays! Happy birthday to your dad! I roasted a kabocha yesterday–only I forgot about it and kind of overcooked it. However, it is a glorious, soft, falling-apart mess of deliciousness. yum o. I thgouht about subbing it in for pumpkin in my ccc today, but I went with the “original.” Have a great weekend! xoxo
