Hi Brittany!

I've used silken tofu in the past! Just cook up your oats like normal, add in the tofu, and blend!

That's a good tutorial! I was wondering if you could give me advice on how to thicken my oatmeal since I'm vegan. I've already tried bananas and I was thinking about using silken tofu or maybe xanthan gum? I'm not sure how I would do it or the quantity I would need.
Thanks.

Thanks! I've been wanting to try this for a while, but I've been too scared of ruining my delicious oats, lol... now that I've actually seen it, I think I have the guts to try!

Awww... thanks sweetie! Haha, I can totally understand how difficult it must have been to stir and record at the same time. I'm actually quite impressed by your skills. :)
